PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & APPROX DIMENTIONS
We currently make our cake toppers from either 3mm birch plywood or 2mm MDF. All our painted toppers are made from 2mm MDF.
We now have available 3 pricing bands for maximum sizes so you can pick the perfect size for your cake.

The dimensions of the finished cake topper will vary from item to item as all our products are made to order and depend on the requested text/design. We will always try a utilise the full area of the selected size unless a specific size is requested.
The stake is approximately 9cm long and is not included in the design area, so for example a cake topper that is 15cm x 15cm will be approximately 24cm including the stake.
Please ensure when inserting the cake topper to hold the stem as putting pressure on any other part may cause damage.
We will always advise caution when inserting any non-food item into a cake and would recommend either wrapping the stem or inserting using something such as a paper straw.

Please ensure you provide us with the required personalised information via the order notes or messages. Including any layout requirements if you have them, if no preference is given, we will choose the best layout for the area.
If we have any queries we will message to confirm. We may also send a mock-up before we make your item. Any delays replying to these messages may result in delayed despatch.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Please note delivery estimates are only estimates and are not guaranteed, they can often be optimistic. Tracking is only available with the Royal Mail Special Delivery option.

RETURNS
Please note as this is a personalised item made to order returns will only be accepted if the item arrives damaged or faulty. In the unlikely event this occurs, please get in touch with us as we may be able to despatch a free of charge replacement.

All our photos are taken in a well-lit environment. Please be aware that colours may appear differently depending on the display screen or monitor your using and the overall lighting. Most commonly our leather colours usually appear brighter or lighter on screen than in person. We are happy to send more photos if you would like.

Please note that due to the nature of the materials and methods we use our finished products may differ from item to item. We always try to use the closest materials for items purchased together.
